Our 2025 Impact Report is here.
Every year, our Impact Report gives us a chance to look beyond the cup and take stock of where our coffee comes from, who we work alongside, where our money goes, and the progress we’re making as a business.
2025 was a big year for coffee. Global markets shifted, costs climbed and the realities of producing great coffee became more expensive across the supply chain. For us, it reinforced something we’ve believed for a long time: good partnerships matter most when things get complicated.
This year, 97.71% of the coffee we purchased came through our partnership model, up from 95.35% the year before. We strengthened long-term relationships at origin, welcomed new ones into the fold and continued investing in projects that extend well beyond the coffee itself.
Through The Cup That Counts, our community helped raise $98,275, supporting work across coffee-growing communities, climate resilience and local programs closer to home. We also kept looking inward at our own footprint, from becoming the Mornington Peninsula’s first certified plastic-free venue to measuring emissions across the wider Commonfolk Group.
There’s plenty more behind those numbers.
The full 2025 Impact Report digs into our producer partnerships, the realities of a changing coffee market, where funding went, what changed within Commonfolk and where we’re heading next.
Have a read, meet the people behind the coffee and see where your cup went in 2025.
