Planning an event can be stressful. Decision overload. Hidden fees. Sub-par food that costs a small fortune. Not on our watch. Commonfolk’s resident functions manager/ party planning queen Shannon Beard, is all about making your event super easy to plan, tailored to your budget, and totally hassle-free (it can be done!). Her aim is to make you and your guests as comfortable as possible, and, most importantly, ensure everyone has a damn great night. Sound good? Get in touch with Shannon for your next event. Venue hire of our café space and back courtyard comes complete with party-ready festoon lighting, all amenities and furniture. Enquire with Shan for pricing and availability. We’re licensed to serve liquor until 10pm, but if you want to keep the party going until midnight, we can obtain a temporary extension to our license for an additional cost. All functions are staffed by Commonfolk’s crew of hospitality professionals. Staffing costs are dependent on the nature of the function and the number of guests.
