Nathan | HEAD OF CULINARY

Nathan joined Commonfolk as a prep chef back in 2020 and we immediately realised we had someone pretty spesh on our hands! Everyday he’d work tirelessly to prep for service and make sure our cafes and functions were fully stocked with delicious food. Oh and what food! With Nath’s culinary talent it was inevitable that he would eventual head up a Commonfolk kitchen. He took the reigns at Mornington in early 2022 and hasn’t looked back since. It has been said that no one rolls a tighter “rolex” than Nathan, outside of Uganda!
