Located behind the main street of Berwick, this is not your average bakery.
Husband and wife duo James + Rachel opened 4 days before Christmas 2021 and sold out day after day.
After a 6 year stint as head baker at Burnham Beeches, James realised that Berwick needed a place to buy good bread.
You’ll find everything from multigrain sourdough, focaccias, bagels, baguettes, and fruit loaves, but it’s not all about the bread.
Hand rolled croissants, pana chocolate escargot, donuts and our Godfather blend make up the Blanc selection
